1. Use the Timing Belt to replace the traditional rack and gear transmission style, eliminate the shake which caused by the rack and gear, improve the transmission efficiency and greatly reduce the noise.
2.The X-Axis and Y-Axis equipped with Panosonic servo system, update the motor torque and accuracy, eliminate the resonance phenomenon at low speed of stepper motor, provides a reliability for the equipment.
3.Most portable cnc cutter have the problem of "Arm shake", The SNR-GB equip with "Arm Stabilizer Device", this device can control the shake within a low range.
4.In the main install plate, we use high-quality heavy carbon steel plate to replace the traditional sheet metal, it greatly enhance the overall rigidity of the device, increasing the mechanical equipment mounting plate can make the device run more smoothly.
